Daniel Valentine is a Sole Practitioner trading as Regents Solicitors.

Daniel has an undergraduate degree in law and a masters degree in employment law. He has extensive experience as an employment law specialist having practiced exclusively in human resources and employment law for the entirety of his career.

Qualifying in human resources management, Daniel commenced his career advising the automobile manufacturing and telecommunications industries.

After qualifying as a solicitor, Daniel obtained an employment law role with a specialist firm of solicitors based in Manchester. There he gained wide experience in all areas of both contentious and non-contentious employment law often appearing in tribunal.

His current practice covers a range of commercial and individual clients. He advises on a wide range of employment law topics and carries out his own advocacy in the employment tribunal. His experience includes acting in complex discrimination claims, and many unfair and wrongful dismissal claims. Daniel is equally comfortable in the civil courts dealing with a range of claims. He has particular expertise in relation to post employment restrictions.

Daniel has considerable experience teaching and training, regularly presenting seminars and training events to students, clients and prospects.

Daniel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Society of Legal Scholars and he is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
